Observations Regarding Elenin’s Position and Seismic Activity
Once more let me say I would like to preface this post by saying I have not enjoyed working on this post at all. I have countless hours, too many days and several weeks invested in it. I would much rather focus on Jesus, sharing Him as the only hope to a lost world, but as a husband, father and brother in Christ to whom several friends come with questions, I found it compulsory to research the available material myself due to the all the clamorous noise out there concerning Comet Elenin.
Therefore please bare with my feeble attempt to reach and share some conclusions of my research. It may should not in the least be considered an “exhaustive research,” but I will state it has exhausted me. Remember I am not a scientist, just a building contractor whose limited understanding of the laws of physics comes simply from hands on experience in work and everyday life. Gravity to me is basically a magnetic pull and objects seem to respond to predictably when subjected to the push and pull of leverage and force. I am sure my perspectives and thoughts can be scrutinized, and should be. However, having had to analyze structural problems and conditions for cause and effects I have learned applied force has predictable consequences. Sometimes the affects can be seen mostly in the lineal, meaning in direct line of the force of either the push or pull. However sometimes there are there lateral effects, meaning consequences that can be measurably noticed or predicted to the sides of something, or outside of an alignment of objects.
All that being said, one of many thoughts I had (that may not be correct but seem to relative) is that Elenin would have a more noticeable effect on Earth when it is moving away in its orbit than when moving towards it. I base that upon my assumption that any gravitational pull would be somewhat mollified by the motion of the two objects towards each other, similar to two objects tethered together by a pulling force that would seemingly in my mind be naturally relieved somewhat by the momentum of the two objects together. If this were true then the effect of Elenin’s gravitational pull (if there is any) might be heightened when Earth’s orbit direction begins to move away from it. Regardless though, it seemed to me at the distances we are examining that there would be a fluctuation of magnetic pull both before and after alignment with a peaking during alignment.
Now with all being said, let’s look into some of what appears to be evidence and perhaps facts as they were gathered from the sites previously noted. However, not wanting to be one promoting conspiracies, I must be honest that I am inclined to believe if the information gather from these websites were wrong it would be due to concealed information, things that the government does know and is intentionally keeping from the general population.
The first earthquake that came to mind to check was the 2010 Haiti catastrophic 7.0 magnitude earthquake west of Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital on Tuesday, 12 January 2010. However, that earthquake did not happen with any alignment between Elenin and us. However, there is still the planetary alignment which does seem to have some relativity. For on January 3rd Venus, the Sun, Mercury and Earth begin to come into alignment with the 5th appearing to be the day alignment was best, between which time seismic activity seems to spike some and again when Mars was included with Venus, the Sun, Mercury, Earth and in somewhat of an alignment. As we can see from the graphs I prepared below that that seismic activity started as the planets alignment began and reached a peak just before the 5th. Perhaps just shifting the tectonic plates into another position of stress that was released with greater activity on the 12th and 13th.
When comparing the frequency of seismic activity during these 36 days with the daily average there is really no great distinction, rather there is actually a slight decrease from 27.61 earthquakes daily to 26.75. However, there was an increase in the daily average of earthquakes with a magnitude of 5.0 and above from the yearly daily average of 3.83 to 5.86 which is in itself a little more than a 65% increase. Regardless, in the graphs above we can see the increased spike earthquake activity beginning just as the planets began to align as seen in the two pictures below.
At the time of the Haiti earthquake Elenin was 6.775 AU (astronomical units) away from us, or 6.775 times the distance of Earth from the Sun. According to NASA, “an AU is based on radius of a circular orbit, one AU is actually slightly less than the average distance between the Earth and the Sun or approximately 150 million km or 93 million miles. That would mean Elenin at the time was a little over 630 million miles away at the time, which in my mind leaves it unrelated in regards to Haiti’s quake.
The next significant period of earthquakes appears to begin with Earth’s near perfect alignment between the Sun and Mars with Venus still relatively below, which from the graph above shows an upwards trend with a 6.2 earthquake in Papua New Guinea.
Starting with this alignment was an increase in seismic activity with Earthquakes of 4.0 and above that continued to rise to about the 13th of February and then appeared to taper off a bit till the 22nd and 23rd when there is bigger increase.
This again seems to confirm seismic activity with planetary alignment, but on the 26th there was a 7.0 in the Ryukyu Islands, Japan. This date happens to be when Elenin, Earth and the Sun appear to be coming into near perfect alignment which seems to happen according to NASA’s JPL website on the 27th of February.
Again with this alignment between Elenin, Earth and the Sun there wasn’t just the earthquake that shook Chile, there was a considerable spike in seismic activity. To properly indicate the increase I prepared a graphed to show a comparison between the last graph with the greatest spike on the 23rd on into January 12th.
Between February 27th and March 1st there were actually a whopping 750 earthquakes of a 4.0 magnitude and greater that tapered off yet continued significantly higher than January. Most significantly was the 6.0 – 6.9 which were up actually 144% from January 1 -31 and the 31 following days from February 1 to March 3.
Though compared to the spike of activity on February 27th the seismic activity tapering off in the beginning of March 2010, Even so, there was still nonetheless another notable increase again as Earth, though moving out of direct alignment with Elenin begins to come in alignment with the Sun and Mercury on March 11th and 12th .
March activity then continues to drop off up to the beginning of April when there was again an increase of seismic activity which nearly doubles between April 5 and 7th when Earth, Mercury and Venus come into a partial alignment as seen in the illustration below. Note also how the sun which is approximately 300 million times the size of earth is also on the side of the planets nearly parallel with Mercury.
As we can see in the graph below the seismic activity definitely seems to show a relationship with the alignment. Again, all I can say is this definitely seems to be strong circumstantial evidence of a correlation between the Earth’s alignment with other planets, the Sun and Elenin and increase seismic activity.
Even though during the next month of May we continued to see a reduction in seismic activity as Earth is moving further along its orbit and out of any alignment with Elenin there is still a small notable rise and fall in seismic activity in the April graph from the 24th or 25th into about May 9th – 10th. During this time frame Mercury’s orbit catches up with Earth’s and goes into perfect alignment with the Sun (see above) and then move forward ahead of Earth’s orbit and out of alignment.
It is interesting that around May 27th or 28th that Earth, Mars and Elenin begin to come somewhat into an alignment even though at the time Earth is perpendicular to the Sun. Still, June’s graph at first doesn’t appear to be to overly persuasive that it is Elenin that is causing any significant seismic activity since on June 9th there were only 17 earthquakes that were 4.0 and greater during what appears to be a near perfect alignment; the seismic activity actually drops from the previous day. However it then spikes to double the 10th with 34 earthquakes, 29 on the 11th, 36 on the 12th, 43 on the 13th, 25 on the 14th, 40 on the 15th on the 16th there were a total of 55 earthquakes over 4.0 with one being a 7.0 in Papau.
There doesn’t seem to be any real significant increase or decrease in activity again until about five weeks later during the 29th week of the year and then the 32nd.
The 29th week of the year is July 19th -25th, however as we can see by the graph above weeks 28 and 30 are also above the 200 mark. Upon investigation it becomes obvious that as Earth continues her rotation away from Elenin while still somewhat in alignment with Mars, that Venus come around in her orbit and falls in between Earth and Elenin in the middle of the 28th week on July 16th and by the 24th near the end of the 29th week Mercury is coming around again in its orbit falling in between as well. For actual dates for weeks click for weeks of 2010 and weeks for 2011.
The next spike in activity is during the 32nd week which is between August 9th and 15thand again weeks 31 are 33 are 200 plus weeks. The only thing I notice is that both Mercury and Venus are considerable closer to Earth and still between Earth and Elenin. One more point is that on the 14th is that Venus, Mercury and the Sun are now in near perfect alignment.
From the graph above we can see that the next week that spikes above the 200 mark is the 35th which had a total of 250 earthquakes above 4.0, one of which was a 7.1 struck the South Island of New Zealand on 4 September, which was hit again with a 6.3 aftershock on February 22, 2011. What is significant however about the September 4th earthquake is that Earth, Mercury, the Sun and Elenin were again in an alignment.
The next week that is comparable to the week of the Christchurch earthquake is the 43rd week of October 25th to the 31st with 245 earthquakes over 4.0 and a 7.8 in Sumatera Islands southeast of Singapore which occurred on the 25th when once again Mercury, the Sun, Venus and Earth came into near alignment.
The next week equally comparable is the 46th week of November 15th – 19th with 253 earthquakes the largest of which was 5.8 in the South Pacific. The only notable alignment was on November 25th when Mars, Mercury and Earth have a near alignment.
This near alignment of Mars, Mercury, and Earth reasonably continues into the end of the next week over 200, the week of the 47th to November 27th.
The next big spike in seismic activity takes place in the 51st week of December 20th to the 26th when 808 earthquakes occurred over 4.0 and the Sun, Mercury and Earth came into alignment.
The following 10 weeks were all above the 200 mark, except the 7th week of 2011 of February 14-20 which still had 200. These ten weeks with an average of 330.7 earthquakes takes us from December 26th of 2010 up to March 6th just 5 days before Japan’s earthquake. That is a 64.5% increase above the weekly average of 213.3 of the prior ten years . . . and this is still prior to the Japan earthquakes.
The next spike is the most spectacular during the 10th week of 2011 from March 7th – 13th when there were 13,895 earthquakes. During the next 3 weeks there were another 15,526 more earthquakes. As of March 7th Elenin was now only 2.214 AU away from earth. On the day of the earthquake in Japan it was 2.155 and very close to near alignment. By March 14th Elenin was now in alignment with Earth and the Sun and 2.114 AU away.

The next significant alignment was April 9th when Elenin, Earth and Venus come into an alignment and there was a slight rise again in earthquakes 4.0 and greater after a steady decline following the Japan earthquakes.
The next alignment is a planetary alignment with Earth, Mercury, and Venus on May 9, 2011 which is the 19th week of 2011 when there was again small spike in seismic activity.
The next significant occurrence with Elenin is on September 11, 2011, an anniversary of 9/11 in which Elenin will be in it closest approach to the Sun.
The next alignment is September 27, 2011 with the Sun, Elenin and Earth is in alignment with Mercury slightly out.
The next significant occurrence with Elenin is on October 18, 2011 when Elenin will be in it closest approach to Earth.

Other Interesting Information and Statics
It is said Elenin “was first detected on Dec. 10, 2010 by Leonid Elenin, an observer in Lyubertsy, Russia, who found the comet while using the remote-controlled ISON-NM observatory near Mayhill, New Mexico.” However, there are many skeptics who say things such as, “What are the chances that Comet name Leonid Elenin on a Direct path to Earth, hailing from Constellation Leo that “Could” Impact and become an Extinction Level Event?” Well I don’t know who discovered it or if Leonid Elenin is even a real person. It is however interesting all the coincidences around his name and the comet, some mentioned above.
There has been much speculation as to what “Leonid Elenin” means if it isn’t a real name. But if it is, then it would seem there is a sovereign God who had him discover this thing. For as the skeptic above states, Elenin is coming through the constellation Leo, the same vicinity from where the Leonids Meteorites are due to come from November 17, 2011 . . . which just happens to 6 days before and alignment on November 23, 2011.

It is amazing to contemplate the difference between a 9.0 and 5.0 which at first seem to be the simple 4 magnitude difference. However earthquakes intensity increases considerably with every magnitude.
