Hello Stacy,
I updated that post since it was from 2014. In 2015 I put all that together in a book and published it in 2015. Since then it was updated in 2022 0r 2023.
I left the old post up because it still for some reason gets traffic., but just edit it with a new link to the more current copy. It is online free here with improved audio, as well as on Amazon for whoever wants a hard copy.
