Prophesy is coming to pass before our eyes, Abbas gets standing ovation from UN

.

Ps 2:1  Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against His anointed, saying,

3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

5 Then shall He speak unto them in His wrath, and vex them in His sore displeasure.

6 Yet have I set My king upon My holy hill of Zion.

7  I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art My Son; this day have I begotten Thee.

8 Ask of Me, and I shall give Thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for Thy possession.

9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.

10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and ye perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in Him.

Peace to those who love the Lord Jesus Christ.

Just return home from officiating at my son’s wedding. Was a glorious event. Just figured I would share  . . .

I would like to welcome everyone and thank you all for coming to both celebrate and witness today’s ceremony of uniting Jesse  and Rebecca  in holy matrimony. Without a doubt, this a glorious day. One in which I am honored and yet truly humbled to be standing here before God and you today to officiate this wedding between my son and his beautiful bride.

But please let’s take a moment and consider that phrase, “Holy Matrimony.” You don’t really hear that term used much anymore, and that’s sad, because marriage is the most glorious institution God has given to mankind. Marriage is meant to be the willful coming together of two hearts and souls through a mutual covenant, agreeing to forsake all others and to be faithful one to other, striving together towards one mind that will always rejoice in honesty and truth. That is why it is unfortunate that for some Holy Matrimony has lost its “holiness,” having been reduced by modern society to simple pre-nuptials and selfish agreements. Marriage, when done God’s way, is truly a great gift from God to all humanity, for it was given to help us know and appreciate the heart and will of God towards us all.

I believe this marriage is ordained of God, as was the very first marriage. Back in the beginning when God created man, He stated it was “very good,” and God placed him in a glorious place called the Garden of Eden with abundance to enjoy as he took care of it and had privilege to walk with God in the cool of the day.

But shortly after creating Adam, God stated “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.” So God did a peculiar thing, He had Adam name all the animals. He that has ears to hear, let him hear what the scriptures say –

Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them; and whatever he called a living creature, that was its name. And Adam gave names to all the cattle, to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him.
