Add to your faith . . .

Have you added to your faith since you believed?

Have you truly tapped into the grace of God?

(If not you’re in danger of falling…)

2Pe 1:5  And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.

this was (still is!) a good Word, bill! one of my favorite passages and studies. every believer should add this to frequently studied scriptures. the promise at the end is so power packed…for if you do these things, ye shall never fall! Amen!

Thanks Cindy, and yes, what an incredible promise to those who will acknowledge the will of God in their lives and allow Him to complete the work He begun with that planting of the seed of the Gospel and letting it come to full fruition of Christ’s divine nature being reformed in us. Be ye Holy, for I am watching and am Holy says the Lord…Live for the King!!!
